c) This machine uses oil as the medium, and the maintenance of the oil and the machine must be done well to avoid blockage or oil leakage, which will affect the use effect.
d) For a new or long-standing hydraulic jack, because there is a lot of air in the cylinder, the piston rod may have a slight sudden jump when starting to use. You can reciprocate the hydraulic jack 2-3 times without load to eliminate air in the cavity. Long-term idle jacks will harden the seals due to the long-term inactivity of the seals, which will affect the service life of the hydraulic jack. Therefore, when the hydraulic jack is not in use, the hydraulic jack should be reciprocated 2-3 times a month without load. . It mainly manufactures 50 tons--500 tons, and the stroke is 200--4000 strokes. Generally, the main top oil cylinder is selected according to the situation of the user's working well.
